INFO-IN-IMAGES WINS BUSINESS DURING THE PANDEMIC.

The depth of knowledge that Info-in-Images has built during the last ten years of operation, as well as its constant updating, allows us to continue to deliver imaging systems and support around the world.

Advanced Video Microscopes for Public Displays and Cultural Heritage Research, New Automated Slide Digitisation Systems, Upgrades and Services have been all been conducted with excellent feedback from the users.

Whilst physical visits to client sites has inevitably been limited, remote meetings via Team Viewer, Skype, FaceTime, Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams have expanded our capabilities.

OFFSITE SUPPORT: DOING IT THE
INFO-IN-IMAGES WAY

We all need support from time to time, so most of the systems that we provide, allow us to link with the system directly using TeamViewer. Our technical and applications specialist can provide reminders of settings and remotely install software updates. Should a problem occur, help is at hand, as the system can be investigated and operated remotely to rectify any issues.

UPDATING THE SYSTEM

The software environment in which our systems operate constantly changes. We work with our suppliers and engineers to constantly update software, such as the latest versions of Windows operating systems. When hardware and the associated driver is no longer compatible with the latest software we supply and install the latest versions.
